- Digital Delivery: All game design and development deliverables will be delivered electronically. We will provide a download link or send it directly to the client’s designated email address. Clients must ensure the accuracy of the provided email address to avoid delivery delays.
Project File Format: We will deliver according to the file format agreed upon in the contract. Common formats include, but are not limited to: .zip (compressed file), .exe (executable file), .apk (mobile application file), etc.
II. Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery Date: The specific delivery date will be agreed upon with the client at the start of the project and clearly stated in the contract. We will strive to deliver according to the promised schedule.
Delay Notification: In the event of a delivery delay due to force majeure (such as technical issues, changes in requirements, etc.), we will promptly notify the client and provide a new estimated delivery date.
III. Acceptance Terms
Acceptance Period: The client must complete acceptance within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables. The client should inspect the project according to the standards stipulated in the contract and raise any questions or suggestions for improvement.
Acceptance Confirmation: If the client does not raise any objections within the stipulated acceptance period, we will consider the client to have accepted the deliverables and the project to be completed.

Transportation Risk: As the delivery of digital products does not involve physical transportation, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by electronic transmission. The client should back up the documents immediately upon receipt.
